Driving early on 11-7 from Northampton, MA, to Sacramento CA area. Room for one non-smoking passenger with one bag, unless one other bag can ride on roof rack in all weather. Have Prius C, good mileage (50MPG average); we share gas cost and driving. You must show valid license. No drug use during trip, even when resting. I usually make the trip in 3-4 days by myself, sleep in car, continue to drive. Willing to consider Air B&B on the way. Like jazz, blues, r&r, ethnic music, folk, classical, not so much current pop-music. Listen to NPR news daily, if available on trip. Will consider a rider for at least half the way (via I 80), say central Iowa, or beyond. Willing to detour up to 2 hours to do drop off.
